All products are sold “as is” (No Refund, Exchange Only). You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued at the exception of items damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Sale Items
- Any item that requires a refund or exchange more than 14 days after delivery
To exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to alert us of the damage. Photos of proof will be required along with proof of purchase receipt.
Upon receipt of the email, we will make inspections and will notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange. If you are approved, then your replacement will be sent to you.
